1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Entrig, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Entrig on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Please read carefully. These terms include important provisions that affect your rights, including a limitation of our liability (see "Limitation of liability" below) and a description of how the service is provided (see "Disclaimers" below).
2. The service
Entrig provides tools for configuring, triggering, and delivering push notifications via Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for applications integrated with Supabase and supported client platforms. We may update, improve, or modify the service from time to time.
3. Accounts
You may need an account to use parts of the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- the content, configuration, and data you submit to Entrig;
- obtaining all rights, consents, and permissions needed to use that data with Entrig;
- obtaining the consents required to send notifications to your end users, and complying with the policies of FCM, APNs, and the relevant app stores;
- complying with applicable laws, regulations, and platform requirements; and
- your relationship with your own end users and recipients.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Entrig to:
- violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
- send spam, phishing, or other deceptive or fraudulent notifications, or notifications to recipients who have not provided the required consent;
- harass, threaten, or send abusive or harmful content to recipients;
- distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code through notifications;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service;
- circumvent rate limits, quotas, or usage controls, or attempt to reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law; or
- use the service in a way that could damage Entrig, other customers, or recipients.
6. Fees and billing
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any related taxes. Fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing. You can cancel a paid plan at any time, and you will retain access through the end of the billing period you have paid for. We may change pricing or plan features prospectively, with reasonable advance notice for material changes.
7. Intellectual property
Entrig and its related software, documentation, branding, and service materials are owned by Entrig or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or any Entrig intellectual property.
8. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Entrig, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Entrig if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the service or others, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the service at any time.
Where reasonably possible, we will give you an opportunity to export your data following termination, except where prohibited by law or where immediate suspension is necessary to protect the service, other customers, or recipients.
10. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep Entrig reliable, but we cannot promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Entrig is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we do not make warranties beyond what is required by law.
11. Limitation of liability
Like most software services, Entrig limits its liability so that we can offer the service sustainably. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Entrig for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrig and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.
12. Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against Entrig because of (a) the data or content you submit to the service, (b) your violation of these terms or applicable law, or (c) your misuse of the service, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages we incur as a result. This does not apply to claims caused by Entrig's own actions.
13. Changes to the service or terms
We may update the service or these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Entrig after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Entrig is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Entrig is currently operated as an early-stage project, and we will update this section once Entrig's contracting entity is finalized.
